Do you want to run your game in our store? Do you need a table for a miniatures game? Does your reading group need a place to sit and chat?

Your local Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy® is happy to provide game and meeting space for our customers! All you have to do is fill out our Table Reservation Form!

There’s just a few things to keep in mind.

Our space is limited. We cannot guarantee requested space. Your reservation will be confirmed by phone or email by our Events Coordinator, Karl Rodriguez or a member of our management team. Until you have received confirmation, space is not considered to be reserved for you.
Table reservations should be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
All Table Reservations are completed via the Table Reservation Form. If you cannot fill out this form or are having trouble with this form, please contact Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy® San Antonio (210)615-1229 and any of our employees will be glad to assist you.

Walk-in groups are more than welcome and will be given space on a first-come, first-served basis! However, your best chance to get space is still to reserve ahead of time!

Table Reservation Guidelines

Before you send in your Table Reservation, please take a moment to read over our guidelines.

Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy® San Antonio’s Table Reservations are managed by our Events Coordinator, Karl Rodriguez. You can reach Karl at saevents@dlair.net or by calling the store (210-615-1229). Table Reservation requests are sent right to Karl!

When you fill out the form, make sure you have the following information:

What day you want to play?
What time do you want to play
What game will you be playing?
How many people you will have?
How much space your game will need?
How long you need the space for?

This information helps us make sure we get you the right kind of table and the right amount of time and helps prevent overbooking. If your plans change, please contact us via the Table Reservation form or by calling the store (512)454-2399 or emailing Karl!

If you want to submit a recurring event with Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy® San Antonio, please contact our Events Coordinator, Karl Rodriguez at saevents@dlair.net or by calling the store (210-615-1229).
If you have already scheduled a recurring event with us, you do not have to submit a new Table Reservation request for each occurrence. Please check our online calendar or our Events Page to make sure your event is listed.

Please remember that all Table Reservations are managed through this form and that you can call the store and request assistance filling it out.

Dragon's Lair Comics & Fantasy® San Antonio Code of Conduct

When you game at any Dragon's Lair Comics & Fantasy, you are agreeing to behave with a certain level of decorum and civility. The following is a list of guidelines Dragon's Lair Comics & Fantasy customers are expected to follow while gaming in our space.

No swearing or offensive language.
Keep voices appropriate for inside. (No yelling, screaming or excessive loud noise.)
Please keep all music and sound effects at a reasonable volume. No music with excessive swearing or offensive content is permitted.
No pornography.
No alcohol, illegal drugs or intoxication is permitted on Dragon's Lair Comics & Fantasy® property.
No smoking is allowed inside Dragon's Lair Comics & Fantasy. Due to state and city ordinances, all smoking must take place 15 or more feet from the front entrance of the building.
No unlicensed firearms or other illegal weapons or substances.
Conduct yourselves with civility; if you cannot resolve your argument civilly, please continue it another time.
Please do not wander the store with your backpack, duffel or other large bag or container. If you are gaming, please leave your gaming supplies at your table or behind the front counter.
If you are not gaming, please leave any large bag or container behind the front counter.
No running, wrestling, horseplay or fighting.
No drinks without lids or open food containers. Please close chip bags, cookie bags, or any other food container.
No unpaid merchandise is allowed in any gaming room.

By submitting this form, I agree to follow the Dragon's Lair Comics & Fantasy® Austin Code of Conduct while using space provided by Dragon's Lair Comics & Fantasy® Austin and understand that failure to do so can result in being asked to leave the store, being unable to reserve table space or possible banning from Dragon's Lair Comics & Fantasy® Austin.
