Donation Goal: 600 pounds of food
Dragons Lair at Alamo Ranch has teamed up with the San Antonio Food Bank and is asking for help with our customers in order to give back to our community a bit. While we don’t have any super powers or get to wear cool super hero costumes we can be that hero that someone needs. Help us to reach our goal of 600 pounds of food donated to the San Antonio Food Bank by bringing in any non-perishable items. We all have those cans in the pantry that we are never going to eat, instead of throwing them away please bring them in as every donation will help out someone in need.
A little bit about the San Antonio Food Bank:
• They service 16 counting in Texas, reaching as north as Kerrville to as south as LaSalle.
• 63,000,000 pounds of food is given away annually which equates to a total of 77,000,000 meals.
• 58,000 people are served food weekly thru their programs
• 33% of their clientele is children
