Registration Begins at 11:45 and ends at 12. Game play will begin after 12.
Additional Information:
• We encourage you to sign up early as this is an event with limited spots.
• If you have a child under 12 they must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must stay with them for the duration of the session.
Prize Support:
Upon completion of all rounds players will receive 3 additional packs of the new set.
Additional Notes:
* Players must bring their Play! Pokemon ID number (this can be created ahead of time at Pokemon.com)
*Decks to be made will be 40 cards instead of 60
*Energy will be provided
Prerelease kit includes:
* 1 preconstructed deck with evolution cards and trainer cards
* 1 Promo Card
* 4 Booster packs of Battle Styles
Format:
Limited (Players can only use cards from the Prerelease kit and packs, players will receive 30 minutes to construct a complete deck, so bring card sleeves!)
Tournament Structure: 20 minutes best of 1 Swiss rounds, 4 prizes instead of 6 and 3 total rounds. (NO single elimination) .
Deck List required: Not required.
Covid-19 Safety Rules:
• Players must pick a table to play at that has a partition on it. This helps to add an extra layer of safety for everyone.
• Your temperature will be taken thru an infrared thermometer therefore there is no inconvenience to you. Any visitors with a fever will be asked to visit us at a later time.
• Maintaining a social distance of 6 feet at all times is not reasonable; however, we ask that you do try to social distance as much as possible.
• A face covering is required to be worn through the whole event. For everyone’s safety face masks are a requirement to be in the store.
• Please wash hands before and during the event. Hand sanitizer is located at the front of the store as well as in the play area.
• These rules are in place to ensure everyone’s safety and may be adjusted at any time.
