Do you want to run your game in our store? Do you need a table for a miniatures game? Does your reading group need a place to sit and chat?
Your local Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy® is happy to provide game and meeting space for our customers! All you have to do is fill out our Table Reservation Form!
There’s just a few things to keep in mind.
• Our space is limited. We cannot guarantee requested space. Your reservation will be confirmed by phone or email by our Events Coordinator, Robbie LaBanca or a member of our management team. Until you have recieved confirmation, space is not considered to be reserved for you.
• All Table Reservations are completed via the Table Reservation Form. If you cannot fill out this form or are having trouble with this form, please contact Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy® Austin (512)454-2399 and any of our employees will be glad to assist you.
• Please be on time. We will only hold tables for 30 minutes past your reservation time if you are not here. After 30 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled and open for use by other groups.
Walk-in groups are more than welcome and will be given space on a first-come, first-served basis! However, your best chance to get space is still to reserve ahead of time!
Table Reservation Hours
Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy® Austin allows space to be reserved during the following hours:
• MONDAY 10 AM – 11:30 PM
• TUESDAY 10 AM – 11:30 PM
• WEDNESDAY 9 AM – 11:30 PM
• THURSDAY 10 AM – 11:30 PM
• FRIDAY 10 AM – 11:30 PM
• SATURDAY 5 PM – 11:30 PM
• SUNDAY 10 AM – 7 PM
Please remember that no reservation time is guaranteed until the Events Coordinaor contacts you with your confirmation.
Please respect our space and leave your table as clean and neat as you found it! Any Austin Lair employee will be happy to provide trash bags or show you where terrain, gaming supplies and any other store materials are kept.
Table Reservation Guidelines
Before you send in your Table Reservation, please take a moment to read over our guidelines.
Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy® Austin Table Reservations are managed by our Events Coordinator, Robbie LaBanca. You can reach Robbie at events@dlair.net or by calling the store (512-454-2399). Table Reservation requests are sent right to Robbie.
When you fill out the form, make sure you have the following information:
• What day you want to play?
• What time do you want to play
• What game will you be playing?
• How many people you will have?
• How much space your game will need?
• How long you need the space for?
This information helps us make sure we get you the right kind of table and the right amount of time and helps prevent overbooking. If your plans change, please contact us via the Table Reservation form or by calling the store (512)454-2399 or emailing Robbie!
• If you want to submit a recurring event with Dragon’s Lair Comics & Fantasy® Austin, please contact our Events Coordinator, Robbie LaBanca at events@dlair.net or by calling the store (512-454-2399).
• If you have already scheduled a recurring event with us, you do not have to submit a new Table Reservation request for each occurrence. Please check our online calendar or our Events Page to make sure your event is listed.
• If you want to schedule a recurring event, please indicate this on the Table Reservation Form. The Events Coordinator will contact you regarding it.
• You are responsible for leaving your table as clean and neat as you found it. If you do not respect our space and repeatedly leave your gaming space dirty, leave trash or leave your personal items behind, you will be in danger of losing your right to reserve space with us.

Table Reservation Form
Please remember that all Table Reservations are managed through this form and that you can call the store and request assistance filling it out. Table reservations submitted without the use of this form may not be considered.
